ECO's structural design services
ECO provides structural design for your new construction and renovation plans. We work with Architects, designers, remodelers, homeowners, solar providers, and engineers.
 
ECO's experienced CAD staff will create new permit ready structural blue prints and construction documents. We work in both AutoCAD and in Autodesk REVIT (3D BIM) to create paper and electronic plans. 
 
All structural work include ECO's Texas P.E. seal and signature who is SECB certified in the practice of structural engineering

ECO civil engineering services
ECO provides site planning and storm water mitigation systems. This covers site layout,  drainage and detention systems and storm water storage systems, and sanitary/storm water line extensions. We also support solar array planning.
 
ECO Low Impact Development (LID)

ECO can also support your project's requirements for  LID requirements for water supply & re-use.

 

This can include rainwater harvesting, solar energy potential, geothermal energy, black/gray water separation, pollution prevention planning, pervious concrete systems, and On-site composting/recycling.

 

Design Engineering Services 
  
 
ECO provides construction engineering design services such as foundation and framing blueprints using AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT. ECO also offers MEP design consulting for green building envelopes, components, and systems such as solar PV arrays, wind generators, rain water harvesting.
 
ECO's LEED AP engineer owner has provided engineering for seven USGBC LEED projects designed by others, including Austin's first US Green Building Council LEED Platinum residence.
 
ECO also offers a series of small, strong, structrurally windstorm resistant, green envelope house plans ready for the permit process.

Inspection Engineering Services  

 

An engineer's structural inspection is typically required to identify and record structural damage, to verify a new design, or to resolve a structure’s performance issue. Structural Inspections are suggested when a concern occurs about the stability of an existing frame system or foundation system such as new cracks, sags, bounces, or movement. An engineer stamped certification statement may also be required for permit purposes before construction or renovation can proceed.
